Multi-purpose design means they work as a city-centre studio flats, family or retirement luxury apartments.Waterlodge is environmentally friendly, with generous thermal insulation, double-glazed windows, and a state-of-the-art gas or electric central heating system, which all helps to keep running costs low.

The THREE has a wider interior allowing for a one or two bedroom layout in 32 sq m of floor space, with up to 35 sq m of outdoor space. The two bedroom plus sofa bed option provides accommodation for up to six guests. This makes her perfect for family use.

Or why not use the second bedroom as an office or walk-in wardrobe? Riverside secluded island moorings available on the River Thames at Shepperton, with optional tender/dayboat mooring alongside. Loads of shops, pubs and leisure facilities nearby.
